In keeping with the performance nature of the RS e-tron GT, battery charging is state-of-the-art to keep you on the road with the minimum of downtime. With up to 270kW high power Direct Current (DC) charging capacity, at suitable ultra-fast public charging stations, every five minutes of charging adds up to 100km of range^. At these charging stations just over 22 minutes is all that is required to charge a battery from five percent to 80 percent capacity* – and with up to 488 kilometres of range available from a full charge^, the RS e-tron GT is a grand tourer in the true sense.
Overseas model with optional equipment shown. Australian model may differ.
*Minimum charging time at an 'ultra fast' public Direct Current (DC) charging station, charging at a peak rate of 270kW from 5% to 80% battery capacity. Charging times can vary depending on many factors including but not limited to ambient conditions, auxiliary consumables (e.g. seat heating and air-conditioning) and capabilities of charging infrastructure capacity and/or supply.
^Combined figure based on ADR 81/02 (pure electric range). Figure is derived from laboratory testing. Factors including but not limited to driving style, road and traffic conditions, environmental influences, vehicle condition, use of ancillary features (eg air conditioning) and accessories (including wheel size) fitted, will in practice in the real world lead to figures which generally differ from those advertised. Advertised figures are meant for comparison amongst vehicles only.
